are owned by Hula or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service (such as custom word lists, notes, or feedback). By submitting content, you grant Hula a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
